Welcome to GitToHire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GitToHire platform operated by Ayadi LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GitToHire, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

GitToHire is an AI-powered platform that helps software developers create tailored resumes by:

• Analyzing Git profiles (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Parsing job descriptions to identify key requirements
• Generating ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters
• Providing resume templates and editing tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must authenticate via a supported Git provider (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring information in generated resumes is accurate

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Free accounts receive 3 lifetime resume generations at no cost, with no credit card required.

4.2 Paid Plans

• Pro Plan: $19/month - 50 resumes/month, cover letters, PDF & DOCX export
• Max Plan: $49/month - 500 resumes/month, cover letters, PDF & DOCX export, priority support

4.3 Billing Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime with no questions asked
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Generate resumes with false or misleading information
• Misrepresent your skills, experience, or qualifications
• Use the service for fraudulent job applications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content
• Share account credentials with others
• Interfere with service operation or security
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of:

• Your Git profile data and code
• Resumes and files you upload
• Resumes generated using our service

6.2 Our Content

Ayadi LLC retains ownership of:

• The GitToHire platform and software
• AI models and algorithms
• Templates, designs, and branding
• All trademarks and intellectual property

6.3 License Grant

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

7. Disclaimers

GitToHire is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• Guaranteed employment outcomes or interview rates
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all ATS systems

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayadi LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Job application outcomes or employment decisions
• Third-party actions or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayadi LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end immediately
• Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• No refunds for remaining subscription periods

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
